it has been a bit long since i last stepped foot in a photobooth

querybox is a new online database, along the lines of the big word project. but this time, instead of defining words, you are defining the answer to whatever question you choose. what is the universe made of? you decide! who has the best hair? you decide! (the answer is me, of course ;)

the couch brown and beige

this couch has been in my parents' house since forever, but it has now been handed down to me. it is super-comfy and folds out into a bed (which is not as comfy).

and, as it happens, my current-favorite picture is also on my all-time-favorite couch:

rather a nice moment in time, no? the colors work so nicely. film rules. period. things have been rearranged a little bit since this picture was taken, but the plan is still to blow it up big-sized and put it on the wall behind the couch.

remember that one time i posted about domes and how they are hard to capture? the post wasn't really about that, so you may not remember, but anywayyyy...

here is another attempt at dome-capture. this time at the church of the holy sepulchre, above where christ is buried.
